The Coventry Ridge fiscal year runs from October 1 to September 30. The 2025-26 dues are $125 and due by November 1, 2025. Please make the check payable to "The Coventry Ridge Homeowners Association, Inc." and remit dues to the mailing address/PO box below. A late fee of $50 will be assessed if dues are not received before January 1, 2026.

This version supersedes and replaces the 2023 Amended Declaration and all prior versions of our Covenants and Restrictions.
NOTE: As of April 27, 2023 our Coventry Ridge community now has a cap on rentals so that no more than two (2) of our one hundred eleven (111) lots can be rented to non-owner occupants at any given time. Additional leasing restrictions are also now in place, please review Article 31 of the Covenants for full leasing restrictions.
Copies of the covenants are available also from the Office of the Boone County Recorder (765.482.3070) - 202 Courthouse Square, Lebanon, IN 46052 (there may be a fee for copies at the Office of the Boone County Recorder).

Your plans must be approved by the Coventry Ridge Architectural Review Committee BEFORE any work has started per the covenants (see above) of Coventry Ridge.
Please submit the Coventry Ridge Homeowners Association Architectural Review Form (PDF) with your plans (the form can be downloaded and filled out on-screen).
You may save and attach the completed Architectural Review Form to an email (preferred/quickest method) or print and submit a hard copy (note: hard copies can delay approval). Please send the form to the CRHA Architectural Review Committee Chair found under the Board listing.
Coventry Ridge Shed Regulations (PDF) - these regulations apply to sheds in Coventry Ridge. All sheds MUST be approved by the Architectural Review Committee. (Shed regulations approved on 16 July 2025)
Coventry Ridge Fencing Regulations (PDF) - these regulations apply to fences in Coventry Ridge. All fences MUST be approved by the Architectural Review Committee. NOTE: on 4 November 2013, the board determined that the finished side of the fencing should face outward for any fencing installed going forward from this date. (Fencing regulations approved on 16 July 2025)
Please keep your mailbox post and mailbox in good repair. The painting and maintenance of the mailbox post and mailboxes are the responsibility of the homeowner, and the replacement of mailboxes and mailbox posts are also the responsibility of the homeowners. Replacement mailboxes (and lettering) and mailbox posts must exactly match the color, size and design established by the CRHA board. (Detailed CRHA mailbox post drawings - PDF)
Coventry Ridge currently maintains a small supply of mailboxes for homeowners to purchase. The cost for replacement mailboxes (no lettering included) is $30 (contact to obtain a replacement mailbox from Coventry Ridge). Lettering can be obtained from Otto's Streetscape Solutions (Otto's purchased Address Art) (317-886-4400, https://ostreetscape.com/). Costs for lettering are about $44 (as of Fall 2025) if Otto's ships the letters to you for you to apply (instructions included). Note: the cost for lettering from Otto's is subject to change, please contact Otto’s Streetscape Solutions for more information.
Cost for replacement posts: Dirk Hendrix (317-601-6138), the Zionsville contractor who originally installed the current posts, will replace the post and mailbox with lettering for $300 (as of March 2026). Note: these post installation costs are subject to change, please contact Dirk for current post pricing.
Coventry Ridge has available mailbox post paint for homeowners to borrow to paint their mailbox posts (no cost), and Terry McCain and Mike Howenstein are neighborhood volunteers who can help with minor mailbox post repairs (the homeowner just needs to purchase the repair materials).
